Just another week at the university... although, today in lab (anat&phys) we got to take each other's heart rates using a primitive ECG machine. Someone in the class had a faulty heartbeat which was kinda interesting. but, the rest of the class got to do the really fun stuff like cutting open their dissection cats and playing with the digestive system.
hmm. i guess that is all for now, i have to go do some last minute homework!

Hey, would you mind if I ask you all a question? Well I'm gonna anyway...:) I'm getting ready to set up some activities in the Library, like presentations from some of our faculty authors, and maybe even some movie screenings to go along with 'em, and I was wondering if you all could tell me if week nights would work for this stuff or if everyone's too busy with work & studying...I was thinking about 7 or 8 at night for the movies...saving lunch hours for presentations...your input helps a lot!!! --Cheryl Nessman
You are hung up on the first insult and therefore missed the second one. Professors is a more appropriate term than teachers. If you are going to have blog linked to the official university frontpage, someone had enough faith in you to be a professional and quality representative of the university (not the center, not the extension) and of the studen body.
don't defend yourself. you won't have to if you publish right the first time. better to be silent and thougt a fool than to open your mouth and remove all doubt. I'd cite that, but what's the use?
You are right, the professors should be respected and their titles should be used. As for who posted the comment, it was an anonymous person and their beliefs should not be applied to the writers of the blog.
